Byebye clutch cable

Poor Monty and I were on our way home from work after a long hard day, when we turned onto our road and started up the hill when something made a terrible noise.. Uh oh clutch cables gone.

Dad had to come tow us the rest of the 5 minute drive home which was a bit hairy due to hills and the brakes not being completely engaged as the engine wouldnt start.

RAC came and picked us up the next morning and took Monty down to see the guys at Auto Europe again, and they made him as good as new!

I think we got a pretty good run out of the clutch cable though considering it was the original and was about 30 years old! VW Make their stuff to last!
